2. Project Scope and Changes

Quotes and timelines are based on the agreed scope. If your project grows, we will discuss changes openly before extra work begins so there are no surprises.

3. Working Together

Most projects run smoothly when both sides share information and feedback promptly.

• You provide content, branding assets, and approvals in reasonable time.
• We communicate clearly, deliver work professionally, and keep you updated.
• Both sides act respectfully and in good faith.

4. Ownership and Rights

You always keep ownership of the content and materials you provide. Once invoices are paid in full, you own and can use the final custom deliverables made for your project. Bloxli keeps ownership of internal tools, reusable methods, and pre-existing code libraries used to build projects efficiently.

5. Fair Liability Limits

We do our best to provide reliable services, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, hosting, or internet services. To the extent allowed by law, Bloxli is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or downtime caused by services outside our control.

6. Pausing or Ending a Project

Either side can pause or end a project in writing at any time. Any completed work up to that point will be invoiced fairly and payable under the agreed terms.
